In reviewing the US Constitution it is apparent to me that some things are out of order.
1. The declaration of Jesus is our King and that His laws are the highest laws of the land is missing. This should be the first article.
2. A complete Bill of Rights should be the second article.
3. A complete Bill of Citizen responsibilities should be the third article.
4. Much of the constitution is reactionary and revolutionary instead establishment focused.
On the other hand, the division of the executive, legislative, and judicial powers is inspired.
I believe that a Constitutional Convention made up of Godly men and women is much needed, at this time of crossroads in our government. I still have great hope that this nation can become the, "shining city on a hill," that our Puritan forefathers dreamed about.
May we all have the courage to dream a better dream!
What about where God said there would be NO king over this land?
