Apparently I will need a legal team and 2.5 million dollars in order to collect the signatures needed in all 50 states to be placed on their ballots. Does anyone have any ideas?

Choosing A President
Many Americans have expressed their disappointment and anger over the choices they feel they are compelled to make on election day. Often times I hear the following, "I have resorted to making a choice between the lesser of two evils."
What?
In choosing who will represent us to the world as a Christian nation, where Jesus Christ reigns as King, we are compelled to choose between the lesser of two evils?
In choosing who will be the commander and chief of our armed forces, we are compelled to choose between the lesser of two evils?
In choosing who will defend our God given rights and Christian liberties, we are compelled to choose between the lesser of two evils?
Oh, my fellow Americans, you have been blinded by the cunning craftiness of the Devil, and are surrendering your freedoms without a fight.
You may ask, "What are we to do then?"
The answer is as simple as the doctrine of Jesus Christ.
First: Believe in Jesus Christ, the creator of all things, visible and invisible, and the only means by which men can approach the Father and enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.
Second: Read his word and seek his face with fasting and prayers.
Third: Repent of all of your wrong doings. Ask God to show them to you if you do not know what they may be.
Fourth: Humble yourself and come before him with a heart broken over your sins and with a lowly spirit, seeking forgiveness for all of your wrongdoings and the wrongdoings of this Nation.
Fifth: Be baptized with water for the remission of your sins by a minister of God, who has been called of God and not of man, and authorized by God to baptize the repentant.
Sixth: Seek to be baptized by the Holy Spirit, by a minister of God who has been called of God, and authorized by God, to lay their hands upon you and confer the Gift of the Holy Spirit.
After having done this, you will have entered in through the strait gate that leads unto life. You will have been born anew of the water and of the Spirit and will have been transformed into a son or daughter of God.
Seventh: Acknowledge Jesus, not only as your Savior, but as the King of these United States of America.
Now you will be able to join with Jesus as an intercessor for the Nation and be able to intercede for others and the nation in his name, or in his stead.
Now you may: Fast and pray that God will raise up righteous men and women who are willing to serve him, by serving you in places of government, knowing that God will hear your prayers and that they will be effectual: Fast and pray that your non-Christian neighbors will wake up and see that their freedom hangs from a very thin thread and that a Christian form of government is the only thing that will secure it for them again: Fast and pray that the people of this nation who call themselves Christians, will read God's word with understanding and will realize that they have the power of the Holy Spirit to help them accomplish every good work.

American Patriotism and Liberty
A friend of mine recently posted on Face Book the following:
It is my fervent payer that God will inspire American's everywhere with this form of American Patriotism.
Conceit, arrogance, and egotism are the essentials of patriotism. ... Patriotism assumes that our globe is divided into little spots, each one surrounded by an iron gate. Those who have had the fortune of being born on some particular spot, consider themselves better, nobler, grander, more intelligent than the living beings inhabiting any other spot. It is, therefore, the duty of everyone living on that chosen spot to fight, kill, and die in the attempt to impose his superiority upon all the others." Emma Goldman, Patriotism: a menace to liberty
To which I replied:
"This argument of Emma's is the same argument I remember reading in Mein Kampf. It is a useful tool, as an argument, because it assigns negative values to a construct ( basically name calling ) and then verbally bashes the assigned negative values.
Patriotism in America should be: the defense of a group of people who have organized themselves into a self governing body under the declaration of equality and of inalienable, God given, rights. Defending liberty ( the right to do good) and justice for all (the right to have your actions judged by a group of your peers under laws that do not respect "persons") is American Patriotism, regardless of what Emma Goldman thinks. Perhaps she has patriotism confused with militarism?"
It is my fervent payer that God will inspire American's everywhere with this form of American Patriotism.

Pharmaceutical Terrorism
For 14 years the drug Trasylol, marketed by Bayer, was administered by physicians as an FDA approved drug. There is evidence to support that both Bayer and the FDA were aware of how dangerous this drug would be for patients. From 2006 to 2008 it is estimated that 22,000 people lost their lives as a result of this drug.
In 2008, in response to a flurry of lawsuits, Bayer announced that it was removing Trasylol from the market. In September of 2010 Bayer settled some of these lawsuits out of court for a mere fraction of the profits Trasylol had garnered the company.

The FDA has taken no action against Bayer in regards to Trasylol.
If you care about American lives being taken to line the pockets of the pharmaceutical giant Bayer, then take the time to watch this 60 Minutes report regarding Trasylol.
In my mind, this is nothing other than outright, whole scale, premeditated manslaughter of American citizens and our government has done nothing. I repeat, the American government has done nothing in response to the estimated 22,000 lives lost to the drug Trasylol in 2 years, let alone the other 12 years that the drug was on the market.
If the FDA will not serve it's rightful purpose in protecting Americans from dangerous drug and food manufacturers, than it is time that our Justice Department does.
Join me in asking the US Attorney Generals Office to review this case and to charge the responsible officials at the FDA and at Bayer with the premeditated manslaughter of American citizens.

Citizen Responsibilities: Bearing Arms
In America we have a right to bear arms. Along with rights come responsibilities. The reason we have the right to bear arms is because we have the responsibility to defend the freedom guaranteed to us as citizens of this great union of free States.
Some of us regard this responsibility seriously. We willingly serve in the armed forces or in roles of public peace keepers or health care workers. But what about the rest of us?
How are we defending the freedoms guaranteed to us by our constitution?
Do we own and know how to bear arms?
The pramble to the Constitution states:
"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence,[note 1] promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." I know, as a health care worker, that I am. How about you?
I advocate that every able citizen be required, at the age of 18, to serve for 4 consecutive years in the military. This service to be performed on the continental US with no deployment overseas allowed. During this time of service the enlistee would be trained in necessary fields for providing for the defense of the continental United States. Compensation for this service would be room, board, and training/education during the term of service and full tuition, year for year, for education after discharge.
I would further advocate that this should be the only federal educational support provided, ending the federal student loan program and the abuses financial and education institutions have perpetrated against Americans in the past.

Give Americans Their Shares
According to a New York Times, Monday, January 31 report; the United States, Canada, an insurance company, and bond holders now own GM.
"The bankruptcy process was completed on July 10, when G.M. sold its good assets to a new, government-owned company. Brands like Chevrolet, Cadillac and GMC were folded into the new company, renamed the General Motors Company. The federal government holds nearly 61 percent of the new company, with the Canadian government, a health care trust for the United Auto Workers union and bondholders owning the balance."
Government ownership of corporations is not a good idea because government is supposed to be the watchdog of corporations. Who will now watch the government watch itself?
Here is a simple plan that I advocate for remedying this problematic situation. Since the government borrowed money on the assets of America/Americans to purchase GM, let the government now distribute its 61 percent of GM shares evenly among the American Citizenry. This way Americans will own the controlling shares of GM and Americans can push GM to produce the water powered car(s) that it has bought the rights to over the last few decades.
Americans citizens controlling a major US automaker = Good!
Americans no longer dependent on oil for transportation = Very Good!

The US Constitution
In reviewing the US Constitution it is apparent to me that some things are out of order.
1. The declaration of Jesus is our King and that His laws are the highest laws of the land is missing. This should be the first article.
2. A complete Bill of Rights should be the second article.
3. A complete Bill of Citizen responsibilities should be the third article.
4. Much of the constitution is reactionary and revolutionary instead establishment focused.
On the other hand, the division of the executive, legislative, and judicial powers is inspired.
I believe that a Constitutional Convention made up of Godly men and women is much needed, at this time of crossroads in our government. I still have great hope that this nation can become the, "shining city on a hill," that our Puritan forefathers dreamed about.
May we all have the courage to dream a better dream!

Get Government Out of Marriage
What is marriage?
Marriage is the joining together of a man and a woman into one flesh for the purpose of being fruitful and multiplying, replenishing the earth, and subduing it.
Genesis 1: 27-28 KJV
27 So God crated man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
It is clear from this that marriage is a command of God. This would make it a religious institution under the jurisdiction of God and the Church, not the State.
Again, consider Genesis 2:21-24 KJV
21 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
22 And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
The Bible defines marriage for us and clearly indicates that it is between one man and one woman and that after they are joined they are to be considered one flesh.
Jesus Christ, the Son of God, also made this definition of marriage clear, as it is recorded in Mark 10:6-9.
6 But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.
7 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife;
8 And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh.
9 What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
Jesus defines marriage as being between one man, and one woman. He supports, by his statement, that marriage and divorce is a religious matter, something to be regulated by the church or God and not the State.
Do we have the right to marry?
According to the Bible, as a human species, we not only have the right to marry, we have a command from God to marry.
But does the State recognize the right of humans to marry?
According to the 16th Article of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights which was adopted by the United Nations in 1948, humans have the right to marry.
If humans have the right to marry, as the United Nations declares that they do, then they do not need permission to do it, it is a right.
If humans have the right to marry then they do not need a license from the State to marry, as it is their right.
How then did marriage licenses become the legal process for marriage in the United States?
Michael Badnarik Explains:
The first State marriage license laws passed in the United States were passed following the Civil War, as an attempt to prevent interracial marriage. The original purpose of marriage licenses in the U.S. was in fact for the purpose of imposing racial discrimination. Since we have moved past racial discrimination in the U.S., do we still need to have marriage licenses issued by the State?
I say NO!
I have materially supported that State mandated licensing of marriage is an infringement upon Christian religious worship, and is therefore unconstitutional, and also upon universally accepted human rights, as adopted by the United Nations.
Let's kick the State out of our marriages!
I support an amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America guaranteeing the right to marriage.

Controlled Substances
How did God's good herbs ever get classified as controlled substances?
Don't answer me, I know!
I can understand how pharmaceuticals, synthesized in laboratories, or methamphetamine, compounded in labs from pharmaceuticals could be classified as controlled substances, as these are man made compounds that do harm to the body. However, I do not believe that God made mistakes. Herbs created by God for our use can not be so dangerous as to require control by a government or it's watchdogs the DEA and the FDA.
Genesis 1:11-12
"And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good."
Let the DEA and the FDA exercise cautious control of the man synthesized products pharmaceutical companies and underground labs are making and distributing, but let them leave the peaceful gardeners of God's green earth alone.
Herbs like cannabis, coca, opium poppy, ephedra etc. should not be regulated by governments. These herbs were given to God's children here on earth for their use in life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Our health care system is over burdened by people who are seeking pain relief. Oftentimes, these people must access this relief through emergency rooms and urgent care clinics. Then, the health care system puts them through an expensive battery of tests and scans in order to prescribe some form of opiate / narcotic for their pain. The tax payer is often the one who picks up the tab for these visits.
These opiates or narcotics, prescribed by the health care system, are often derived from the God given plants that grow freely on the earth. Isn't it possible that if the God given alternatives to this ridiculous waste were available in their whole form over the counter, that billions of health care dollars and service hours could be saved? Isn't it possible that citizens would be happier, more free (less dependent on their government), and healthier if this was the case?

I can understand how pharmaceuticals, synthesized in laboratories, or methamphetamine, compounded in labs from pharmaceuticals could be classified as controlled substances, as these are man made compounds that do harm to the body. However, I do not believe that God made mistakes. Herbs created by God for our use can not be so dangerous as to require control by a government or it's watchdogs the DEA and the FDA.
Genesis 1:11-12
"And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good."
Let the DEA and the FDA exercise cautious control of the man synthesized products pharmaceutical companies and underground labs are making and distributing, but let them leave the peaceful gardeners of God's green earth alone.
Herbs like cannabis, coca, opium poppy, ephedra etc. should not be regulated by governments. These herbs were given to God's children here on earth for their use in life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Our health care system is over burdened by people who are seeking pain relief. Oftentimes, these people must access this relief through emergency rooms and urgent care clinics. Then, the health care system puts them through an expensive battery of tests and scans in order to prescribe some form of opiate / narcotic for their pain. The tax payer is often the one who picks up the tab for these visits.

Withdraw From The United Nations
The United States of America should withdraw from the United Nations. The US is a Christian nation founded on Christian principles. As such, the US should form no allegiance with nations that are not democratic republics founded on Christian principals.
2 Corinthians 6:14-7:1
"Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? Or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols?
For ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Wherefore, come out from among them (the United Nations), and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, and will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God."
America is a Christian nation with a democratically elected president. However, as a Christian nation, Jesus is our King. We need to hear his words and come out of the United Nations. We need to strengthen other Christian Democratic Republics by forming the Nations United in Christ. Most of these countries would be found in the Americas.
I would propose that members of Nations United in Christ have an open door policy as far as immigration is concerned and would practice economic and trade policies that would unite them as economic equals. This would possibly also mean that we would have to withdraw from participation with the World Bank and other economic institutions that trample upon the poor of this world.

This is a Christian nation, founded on Christian principles. I support open immigration to this country with a few provisions.
1. Christians would be given priority in immigrating to the US.
2. Americans would be given priority in immigrating to the US.
3. All applicants for immigration would be required to sign a statement of understanding that the US is a Christian culture and that if they are offended by the Christian culture than they are not welcome here.

Corporate Governance
This is the first topic that I would like to address. I would like to preface this by stating that these are my beliefs. Beliefs that I have acknowledged after must consideration of the current state of affairs here in the United States.
We are a government for and by the people of these United States. However, we have been invaded. I believe this invasion has been aided and abetted by our own Congress and Supreme Court. We have been invaded by corporations who are monopolized by CEOs and shareholders who are citizens of other nations. These nations have an interest in the failure of our great Republic. European nations, in particular, fear this nation, founded on moralistic truth and a trust in God. They fear us because as a nation we still want our actions to be guided by what is right. This is a concern because they do not know what we will decide is right.
Because they fear us they seek to neutralize our power in the world. One of the best ways to do that is to purchase substantial shares in the "great" American corporations. Having substantial shares in these corporations allows them to alter the governance of these corporations. Suddenly we have corporations exporting much of our manufacturing to other countries. Corporations that control oil and gas pricing rake in record profits while the American economy struggles from Americans who can no longer afford the gas it takes them to go to work.
Who is profiting from this?
Is it America?
I would like to suggest a rule change in the governance of Wall Street by the SEC and the federal government. US corporations should be 90% owned by US citizens.
